Our story

A clearance company built as a social enterprise

W-N W-N Pty Ltd (ACN 701 208 068) is a Queensland proprietary company incorporated with a constitutionally locked social purpose. We can't drift from it — any change needs a unanimous vote of all three founders.

Mission

Divert waste. Relieve hardship.

Our constitution restricts operations to four social objects:

  1. Reduce municipal landfill waste through a hands-on collection and sorting model.
  2. Relieve financial hardship for low-income households through a non-profit pop-up and storefront upcycling retail model.
  3. Promote circular-economy principles through transparent material extraction and component reuse.
  4. Reinvest the majority of operational surpluses directly into services and products for the people we serve — rather than cash dividends.
